la cosa però è elastica... nel senso che se in cinque giorni fate cinque infrazioni allora sì, c'è il bann.
se invece ci siete da secoli e nel giro di questi secoli avete raggiunto per un motivo o per l'altro le cinque infrazioni, se ne può discutere.
